Mr. Wu is a local graduate with a degree in Information technology and has about 4 years of working experience in system support and networking. He technical experience in application has been a driving force to a excellent customer deliverables and satisfaction which are meeting customers timelines expectations.

HELPDESK EXECUTIVE

Ms. Rachel has a degree from a local University in Information Technology and joined TOMMS. She has been heading the helpdesk call center department and supporting customers. Her responsibility to deliver a responsive helpdesk by incorporating new skill in servicing customers like enable customer to submit request to the Web and resolve issue through video conferencing over the internet.
